Pumpui Stage Ozora Festival 2017
Another special request of Ozora Festival.

It was a long story how we finally came to switch an older PVC tent to something custom for the Hungarian Stage at Ozora called Pumpui.
It was our second, large scale custom tent job for them, after the orange gate canvasing in 2016.

The idea was to apply 3 steel webbing rings in the middle line of the tent to achieve larger spread of support poles, and a good ventilation trough the air-gaps at 6.5m average height.
Also to support the corners of the tent we have added 2 extra corners to the tent at the back so we have 6 main corners to hold the cornerforces safe. This also brought a little tweak to the main shape, so the tent has a back wing addition for the stage and optimal backstage access.

Have to add to it, we had some struggles to keep the corner anchors in the ground, so second year we have switched all pegs for 1300mm Groundscrews, this did the trick to be able to sleep well during event and heavy winds and rain.

Its not the fun part of canvasing when you see a 1.2m steel peg hanging around out of the ground at night in heavy rain and no support. We are glad to say it's safe to be used in the next years, we hope it will bring a nice shelter for all the visitors from around the world.
